Perfex Technology is established in 2021,we are a large manufacturer producing the custom sheet metal and CNC machined parts for various of field clients, especially we are long term supplier partners of Vtech , JBL company, we have a factory with three floors,one is 1200 square meters for CNC workshop with 22 sets of CNC machines can produce various of materials and types products for customers, the second one is the laser cutting workshop, one laser cutting machine is drilling holes and next is folding the edges, and with smooth and perfect welding ,then riveting M3/M4 screw / standoffs ,after the raw parts finished will send to our last workshop to do surface cleaning and deburr ,remove sharp edges, polishing to get a smooth and flat surfaces, then masking as per each detailed drawing , the final step is powder coating or painting, silk screen printing is also made in house if needed.
